KINGS PARK FASHIONS was founded in 2004 from a suburban home, making visits to Retirement Villages, Nursing Homes, Bowling Clubs, Church Groups, CWA Groups and to numerous other locations in the Perth metropolitan area.

 

The Founder, Karen Wardrop, started KINGS PARK FASHIONS as a one woman team and has grown the business over the years to now employ a fabulous team of 11 women in three stores.

Fashion parades are her speciality and with her loyal customers wanting to send friends and relatives to purchase the great clothing and receive the outstanding service provided, led to the organic growth and demand for KINGS PARK FASHIONS to enter the retail arena in a more permanent offering.

​

In the beginning, after Karen recognised that there was a lack of fashion stores to provide clothing for ladies from 45 and older, she decided to concentrate on servicing this niche market. Nowadays, with three stores, the mobile van and an administration and warehouse area, she champions women in the workplace, providing employment to 35 ladies who provide excellent old fashioned and attentive service to the customers who love what it is that KINGS PARK FASHIONS stand for.

As a two time breast cancer survivor, Karen uses KINGS PARK FASHIONS as a platform to generate funds to assist in breast cancer education and assistance both in Bali and Australia. Being involved with fashion parades to many groups in our own stores, KINGS PARK FASHIONS provides the opportunity for funds to be raised on many levels for numerous purposes.

With stores in locations such as Myaree, Balcatta and Mandruah, KINGS PARK FASHIONS are always stocked with high quality styles that are fashion forward and on trend for everyday affordable prices. We are proud to offer styles to suit every lady, regardless of size, age or fashion preference. Stocking labels such as Maglia, Very Very, Jillian and many many more, our passionate and helpful staff will be able to style you according to your individual wants and needs.
